This wasn't exactly the first cel I've ever bought - however
the "mistakes" I thought I saw were only noticable up close 
until you know where they are, then you can pick them out 
on a jpeg.  As for the cel sequence, I usually ask what it 
is if I can't tell from the scan, but I guess in this case 
I loved the cel so much that I didn't care what the sequence was.  That one was definitely my bad, and I'll
make sure to check always in the future - I have so far... I
must've just brain-farted on that one.

Also, I figured out what happened to the cel sequence 
number - it does have the reference holes at the top - BUT -it was apparently done on an over-wide cel, because the 
side is cut off, half-way through the righthand hole.  The
number was probably cut off at that time.
