Az,

I think you probably already are aware of what you did that
was wrong, but just in case....
For a reputable cel dealer their reputation is everything.
What I believe you did to upset the other dealers was to
name the name of a cel dealer in a public forum and question
if the cel you bought from them is a 'fake' without first
contacting the dealer with your concerns. The problem was
not that you wondered if the cel was ok (understandable for
a new collector), it is that you asked members of the forum
to reassure you and not (I assume) the seller.

The trouble with what you did isn't cultural. Anyone
(even a collector who occasionally sells) would
be upset to have someone question their ethics and honesty
publicly. In the case of a dealer, it could easily cause
damage to them because it is human nature to only remember
a general feeling about a dealer, not the specifics. People
might only remember a small part of this type of thread....
not that everything turned out ok, but that someone had
concerns about a certain dealer.
For instance, in the split second that you have to make a
decision on buying a cel, you may just think "...But didn't
I read something negative once about this seller?" and that
would be enough to endanger someones reputation. A seller
like Celmart would deserve the courtesy of being given the
chance to calm your fears before you questioned his
reputation (which you did, even if you don't realize it)and
clearly other dealers are concerned to have something
similar happen to them. In the future, you would be wise to
ask any questions you have privately, and I am sure you will.
