If you think these dealers get their cels at dirt cheap price, you are completely wrong, nothing comes easy, they work very hard for the cels they get, sometimes it is very hard to even break even at times.
Most of cels come from Japan, so perhaps you should go to Japan and search for your own source, but don't get your hope up too high, cels are also very expensive now day in Japan.
