You probably visited the new i.p. if you saw the preview 
cels there.  I'm sorry if you missed out, but you would have
known they are having server problems and might have book
marked the site while there.  Checking sites on your own 
instead of relying soley on keep track is probably a good
idea.  I didn't see the update for A. Chaos until a few 
hours later because the mailing list said it would be the 
following day.  I missed out on a cel.  It happens.  
If you didn't know anime-cel.com was moving, you might have
sent them an email- they have always been very quick to 
respond whenever I write to them.  
I think that people get the feeling dealers owe it to us
to post updates on keep track and what not.  They don't.
I am very greatful to dealers that try to work with me,
but even then I sometimes don't get the cel I wanted.  
Dealers are doing a great service though, by getting the
cels, and posting them, and I think it's each person's own
responsibility to check the sites- even if that means 
having to bookmark a site and check it daily instead of 
relying on keep track.
This is not to be cruel to you.  I just think you are wrong
about anime-cel.com, I think they have excellent prices and
great customer service.
