Ok, what I think is that yes, it looks like a fake cel due to the scanner but i have cels that got scanned horribly and looked like that and so i re-scanned them. If this girl actually owns the cel then why doesnt she just scan the sketch? Screenshots dont come with sketches and that would solve everything. Now, if she says something like "well this cel didnt come with a sketch.." or "my scanner broke 3 minutes ago so i cant scan anything now" then we will probably know shes a liar. Otherwise, i think everyone should give her a chance and not make such serious accusations and questioning whether or not someone owns a cel.
