When I can, I try to buy for the scene.  Often it is those 
special moments (especially if there are a lot of them) that
really makes a show, especially if it's doing it's best to
really say something there.  Provided the art isn't horrid,
I would love to have a piece of those scenes.

However, I can't always be so fortunate to find a cel from
the scene or sometimes the scene doesn't have any really good
cels of characters.  In that case, I just try to find a nice 
cel of the characters I like.  Often I know where the cel is 
from already but sometimes I have to watch the show again.  
Then there are the shows like Hameln where I know where they're 
from, but if I wanted to screencap them, might as well watch the 
whole series again (maybe that's just an excuse to watch the 
series again...^^)

I'm back!  Work didn't take as long as I thought.  Though it's
nice to have a break from my Xmas baking ^_^;;
