I just assume frame it myself.  It's WAY cheaper.  ^o~

I got a price quote once from one of the framers and 
it's about $85.  I end up framing the cel myself and spent
half as much.

Even if you're framing your cel with the background 
(alway just a tiny bit larger than a standard 11x14), 
it's cheaper to buy the frame and uv glass custom cut, 
and assumble yourself.  And besides, not very many 
framers actually know how to handle cels.
