I always have all of my cels custom framed at a pretty 
reliable frame shop here in town.  I use all acid-free
materials and UV glass.  Usually I frame with 4 mats, one
under the cel, 3 on top and usually about 3 1/2 inches of
matting around the cel.  I have of late been using a laquered
wood by Nurre-Caxton that's not too cheap, either so a frame
job usually runs about $189-$200.  You can check this section

tips.  Believe me, getting a cel custom framed is well 
worth it.
