Hi,

I have been collecting anime cels for about a year now and
just today for the first time I ordered two cels from Anime
Taro in Japan.  This is my first time ordering cels from 
Japan and I had a question concerning delivery of the 
payment for my order.

I went to the United States Post Office website to research
their different options for international delivery and I 
came away with two options:

Global Priority Mail and
Express Mail International (EMI)

Since the payment for my order is supposed to reach the 
kind folks at Anime Taro within 7 days I was wondering if 
anybody could tell me what is the best option I should 
choose to send the payment for the two cels I ordered?
