Hi William,

I know that some people send their payments with Global
Priority Mail when sending to Japan, but I have always sent
my payments there by regular mail.  I have probably ordered
from Anime Taro 6-7 times and from cel shops in Japan 
anywhere from 20-30 times total and have never had a
problem.  It seems like most times my payment is received
within 4-5 days.

I may be tempting fate, but after that many times with 
success the savings outweigh the very rare problem.  This is
just my opinion of course :)
