I found that Adobe Photoshop was about the best for putting 
images together. However it is never easy to do well and it 
always is rather time consuming. I was wondering if anyone 
was using a program that was better than Photoshop for doing 
cel image manipulations and scanning?

Anyways, I think these two are about my best multiscan cel I
have done with each requiring four passes and taking about a
1/2 hour each to put together correctly:
