If anyone sees a cel they want off of yahoo
japan and I can get the seller to ship to
me in the US I will bid for other people as
long as they agree to pay for the shipping of 
the cel from japan to the us (usually around $12)
and to pay for the international money order
and $15 for me to send the IPMO express to japan.
Most sellers do not have a problem with me buying
stuff anymore since I have a decent rating.  :) 
I figure if anyone stiffs me on a cel I order 
for them I can always sell it to someone else
