Not only does she not want to sell them, if she ever did
try to sell one and for whatever reason *didn't* get back
out of it what she had paid in, all it would do is give her
parents more ammunition against her. And from the sound of
it too, even if she *DID* get back her money and then some,
I would guess they *wouldn't* become more understanding of
it - they would only pressure her to sell the rest "because
she can get so much money out of them".

It sounds like her parents are trying to put her into a
Catch-22 anyway. . . It would most likely be a very bad idea
to give them anything additional to work with.
