Sometimes the pens used to mark DBZ cel numbers 
come off *really* easy. I had a junk cel once 
from the series that the number came off on my 
hand, when it was just a little bit damp from 
washing (I'm so glad I learned that lesson on a 
junk cel). So it's possible that the number was 
worn off.
