At least one of the cels advertised on his site 
is also on ebay under the id acmdogm@hotmail.com. 
Don't know for sure if this is the same guy, 
maybe someone else can confirm. But that Vegeta 
cel numbered A-2 is definitely the same. Here's 
the URL of all his current auctions. Also posted 
above.
