Does it bother anyone else that this artist is 
reproducing cels, apparantly without the 
owner's permission? They seem to be 
working off scans that people have sent them. 
My guess is that the artist has received 
requests for cels that people couldn't afford 
otherwise. ie cels going for over $100 on ebay. 
The only problem is, these reproductions are 
good, almost too good. 

I sent a message to the artist to ask what her 
policies are in reproducing actual cels. I have 
yet to hear back, but I think she has a 
responsibility to contact the owner, or simply 
not reproduce the cel. I mean, I'm sure the 
artist KNOWS when they are sent a scan of an 
actual cel to reproduce, other than a poster 
etc.
