I might be able to tell.  I don't want to
sound like I have to big of an ego but I
think of myself as a Tenchi OAV expert.
But I also can usually tell a scene from
an OAV, Universe, or Shin Tenchi episode.
If you could e-mail me the picture I could
see.  Unfortunately I don't have all the
Tenchi OAV tapes yet, but I've seen each
episode at least five times.  Good Luck!
