Hi Sonia!

This might be a little ambiguous, but when 
deciding between Tenchi Universe and Shin it 
often comes down to highlighting style of the 
hair and the eyes.  The Shin eyes have a much 
darker black outline on the pupils *uh is that 
the right part ^_^*  The highlighting on Shin 
hair is usually also just a wiggly line going 
across the top of the head. How detailed do you 
feel the cel is?  Often Universe cels are better 
detailed. I don't know if I really qualify as a 
Tenchi expert though~! :) I don't know why, but I 
have this psychic feeling that it's a Universe 
cel...but uh...that might mean it's the exact 
opposite ;)
