Once an account is NARU'd by eBay, all contracts 
with that bidder/seller become null and void. You
are no longer bound by the contract to finish 
that transaction with the questionable party. The 
30-day period I believe allows access in order 
to finish any transactions if they decide to go 
through with it, but technically your contracts 
with Joyka are now null and void.
