Never used Celga or any service before, because
never found a cel I adored, but as a customer,
you can still stay loyal to one service and use
another. Nothing wrong with it. People will go to
your business mostly because of customer service.
If a place offered lower prices, and had bad
service, might just go to the more expensive
place because they were friendly, respectful to
people's wishes, and were great to work with.
Those are the type businesses I want to deal
with. I always try to do that with the things I
sell, and sometimes people will buy from another
person & not me, and nothing wrong with it. I
still get service too, even if others are making
sells of the same items as me. I just have to
work harder next time. It's the way it works in
the business world. You have to come up with new
ideas and market strategies to pull in customers.
If you do something in which you have customers,
then you are a business. Yer in the business
world I say. ^_^ If you think you are going to
loose them, then you better have come up with
something quick to get them back-but be on their
side and maybe even talk to them about what they
like and dislike. Communicate with your customers
and always be friendly, even if they want to know
about another service. You can't get all mad in
public to their faces like that. That will just
make them run away from your business faster and
not want to use it ever. People want to be taken
care of and if they are happy with you and your
business, and check out other places, you might
not have anything to worry about. They will stick
with you, even if they go and sample another
service for a while. My pop is a Sensei of a
dojo/Judo team and we've had students go to
another club to train, because of some reasons.
My father who is an instructor is not mad, but
happy for his old students. He has a large amount
of students though, so he's doing something right
and they love him and his methods. Some will just
want to go somewhere else for certain reasons.
But that's life. He had to learn to deal with it,
as with anything like that in life. He might have
lost a few students, but he gained a lot more
when he put his efforts into the newbies and
trained them well. I don't just buy from one cel
dealer around the net, I buy from many dealers.
And I don't think they get upset over that. They
still run their business and bring in the cels
that people want and do things to make them tops
I think as with anything. Anyway, I just want
information about this new service, but I hope I
can still have a chance to buy from Celga one of
these days because a lot of people get from them.
I've never tried them out, and hope for the day I
find a great cel to get from them. But that sort
of shun-ness will just push people away instead
of trying to increase it.
