Well, yes and no.  Only for a small group of 
people.  I'm still testing other options for 
shipping and such to minimize cost to buyers.  
But, I havent completed everything to actually go 
public to actually take money from people for 
this service.  I would make my mind in less than 
two weeks.  There are better ways to get cels 
than YJ  in Japan, so I'm looking around.
