Believe it or not, credit cards are the safest 
way to shop online, and buying in general.  You 
are protected against fraud.  

Read your monthly statement and give them a 
call.  You obviously have a record of the 
transaction with E-Bay and PayPal.  You should 
get the charge taken off.
