Man, that really sucks. You can still report
them, even of the days have passed 60-to let them
know they are reselling an item sold to you and
are lieing to other bidders. They might take his
auctions down if they see this and have
information about it. Plus, e-mail me some more
info. I want to help you anyway I can. Not a
laywer-maybe down the road-heh, who knows...but
well...been around them long enough and sometimes
threatening them you will take action will get
things done-and they might give you your money
back if you threaten to take action. Believe me,
people don't want the thought of spending more
money than they make off Ebay, in court fees that
he would pay because you got proof of the action
against you. I bet there is something you can do-
and if they did this to you, you have every right
to take legal action or say you will.

What is worse, they are re-selling those cels at
a ridiculously cheap price, which seems odd to
me. I think Ebay should get a note this seller
might swindle the next bidder because those were
already sold and of your problems with him.
