Dear Sonia,

I believe the deputy service would also have to 
pay a 5% sales tax on the original cost of cels, 
so that adds even more to the total.  I didn't 
see anything about the extra sales tax to 
overseas customers in their FAQ so I don't know 
if this is included in the 20% or if it is not 
required for overseas customers.

Although another downside to purchasing directly 
is it looks like you can only order 1 cel per 
order for some reason.
