Well, we still have the inspection to go too. . . 
But there shouldn't be any surprises. The house 
had been under agreement before and although the 
inspection did turn up termites o_0 in two beams 
in the basement, the sellers are replacing those 
beams and treating the whole basement (the 
treatment will be guarenteed for at least a 
year), so we're not worried. ^_^

On a cel note. . . Watch for me in the near 
future to be looking to send some cheapie cels to 
new homes. Less to pack. ^_^;;;;;

Oh and. . . The house is very brightly lit. ^_^;; 
No cels on the walls for me. (*bit of a pout*)
