Hey,
    I'm 15 =) and i can afford all these 
expensive cels because in my earlier cel 
collecting days....i collected quite a few of 
Sakura.  and now that its become popular....when 
i see a nice cel i want....i sell 
something....because there are things that have 
higher priority in my eyes. eventually i know 
prices will go down...but as of now...on yahoo 
japan....prices are crazy....but you cant help 
but buy the things you want....I never thought I 
would sell any of my cels off. but im naive...i 
have no job...i depend on birthday and christmas 
money.  I dont try to get the maximum amout of 
money from a cel...i always make a post on 
animanga before i put it up on ebay...but when i 
do but it up on ebay...some people just ignore 
buy prices on ebay...and it goes even higher than 
before....I dont pay for anything in my 
house...clothes....bills...and anything else you 
can think of....so plan 1 for people under the 
age of 22....buy everything you can before you 
are out on your own....because otherwise you dont 
have the safety of your parents
