well im one of the many college students that 
have recently started collecting cels. I'm 
*scared* to charge it on my credit cards because 
I know once I start with plastic, its too easy to 
keep going and pile on a huge debt! Its like 
using paypal too. One minute you have like $100 
in your balance, one click and its all gone! How 
do I afford my cels? oh yes i don't eat! it helps 
on saving the gym bills too ^_~ and I resell my 
old cels. This also refers back to the topic of 
reselling. I buy a LOT of cels from Yahoo!Japan 
to save on the shipping cost and I resell some of 
them at the end of month to pay rent (Yes I live 
by myself) My start price is always $9.99 no 
matter how much I got the cels for in hopes that 
I will at least get back what I got it for. I 
don't think thats really wrong...i know a LOT of 
people who rather not go through a deputy service 
because the fees add up to almost as much/if not 
more, than ebay. Plus I have to go through as 
much trouble as a deputy service would. 
One time though I did see three VERY amazing 
Nuriko cels on a Japanese (will ship to U.S) site 
and I missed it just by an hour (and i really 
wanted it!) About 2 weeks later, I saw them on 
ebay and they were going for 5 TIMES what it was 
originally. Obiviously the person only bought 
them to resell since he sold ALL three. I love my 
cels and I'm only willing to resell the ones that 
I perhaps have a matching sequence one for, or 
some really old ones that I've held onto for a 
long long time and its time to get a new dream 
cel. Anyways...I didn't read all the msgs but 
maybe its just me...but the first person who 
started this whole discussion seemed to have a 
real ego thing going. I think i read at least 10x 
in the whole thing that he could do better cels 
rather than having to spend money like cels 
collectors (I included) do....I dont know about 
others, but knowing I owe something from the 
original anime..and watching it and can point and 
say during that scene "that's mine!"
