That is, the price is included in the shipping
fees. So the USPS isn't going broke by handing
out free supplies. It's merely to make them much
more marketable than other delivery companies
since it will be easy for customers. I'm certain
that they've calculated how much the boxes will
cost (after all, the USPS has been showing a
profit lately)and entered that into the equation.
