I'm so sorry to hear that your cel was damamged.  
I didn't see the cel up on Ebay and my heart 
literally skipped a beat when I show the cel after 
I read your message.  I actually received a cel 
last week that was packaged poorly. (I like the 
seller and know shes great- but was really 
surprised that no extra care was taken)  It was 
just the cel, sketch, and another piece of paper- 
shoved into the big tyvek envelope and stuffed 
into a formed large priorty box.  The box arrived 
looking like someone had danced a jig on it- 
turned it over and did the same for the other 
side. The scary thing is that the stinking box was 
only in transit for 2 days!   I figured it would 
have more dents than I do freckles!  But I lucked 
out and it was just fine.  But while I was tearing 
at the flap of the tyvek envelope I was so worried 
it would be damaged.
