I ah...didn't say get them to apraise the cel for
what it is worth, because you can only get the
money back for what it was paid for-I don't give
a da*n about the money, but wanted someone who
could apraise the cel (meaning someone who is
capable or has done that), only to sign a paper
and say it's "Damaged goods." So they can see it
is damaged because they are the experts. If I
take the cel to the UPS, they might say hey-it's
not damaged because they don't know hat they are
looking for in a damaged cel-maybe. They might be
idiots and such, so don't trust them and want
someone-an expert who does stuff like that to
sign a paper and say "Yes, the cel is damaged."
That's all I said. I think ya misunderstood some,
but anyway... I know the insurance forms like the
back of my hand-heh, know someone who works there
and just been shipping out items so much for the
last year, just came to read things while I am
waiting and such.

Yeah, but understand what ya mean somewhat...my
pop is a seriously good talker and is going to
come with me and we are already planning. It was
his idea about the signed paper and pictures
saying the cel is damaged to take with me because
he knows all about the legal stuff, including
insurance things-he used to do things like that
and insurnace among many other things he does now
in work-so glad I have his advice and he's going
to help as well-pop can be sneaky and well...he's
mostly like a professor so he could get them all
confused with mombo-jumbo big words and I can
tell them the cel can not be in another person's
hand because it is too rare-or the Japanese Cel
Collectors Association "JCCA" will be after them
or something (is there such a thing? lol) if I
let the pricelss artwork go into the hands of
butchers! Hehee...make a big deal like it's
the "Holy Grail" or something-by which the way
I'm taking it-yes, feel like the cel is like
that. LOL~ Dunno, have to plan my words right I
suppose. No way is that thing going to be in
their hands and if I have to take some control to
keep it oh well. I am not the type though to be
mean or nasty-I think I'm too good for my own
good, just feel mucky today and upset. I could go
to the woman I know and show her, but she doesn't
take care of those things-and our UPS can be a
&^*$% sometimes-excuse me...

Well, just wanted a signed paper from someone
saying "It is damaged," and give that as well,
but don't know too much about that. Just taking
the advice from a legal expert and someone who
knows insurance companies and such.
