That's a cute cel!  Very nice.  

I don't modify the cel scans on my site, with one 
noted exception: I have a cel of Noelle from the 
OP of Tennimon, and for display purposes I have 
scanned only the painted image (roughly one half 
the size of the cel).  Why?  It's  a fairly small 
image, and difficult to see in a normal sized 
scan.  Of course, the first thing my description 
says is that the cel was not scanned at full 
size, so it's not as though I'm trying to promote 
chicanery at my website.  ^_^

Here's my take:  your cel, your gallery, your 
rules.  What's the point of putting up a scan if 
you can't properly see the image?  Or putting up 
a scan where something detracts from it (like in 
your case)...as long as you aren't selling the 
cel?  If you do decide to sell it in the future, 
rescanning is pretty easy.
