Don't misunderstand me : I didn't say that DBZ
cels are not nice or whatever. Yes, I am not
interested in them myself but that's a personal
opinion.

I just say that I seriously doubt that DBZ
will be in 10 years "The Classic" anime from
which everybody want to have a vintage cel.
That's the differance I make between a Lodoss
OAV and a DBZ cel.

I was not trying at all to be condescending. Just
informative.

If you refering to when I think it's stupidity
to totaly over-pay a cel that isn't worth it...
then I am not trying to be condescending. It's
what I think. It also happened to me : Several
time, I badly over-paid a cel that I wanted
and that was realy not worth what I paid it.
Yes, I think I was stupid in those cases and
regreted it.

What I say is stupid is when 10 minutes after
badly over-paying the cel, you start to regret it.
When you feel the need to show the cel to other
people saying "Whoua, that's a cel I paid XXXX".
Like if what you paid become the main value of the
cel.

It doesn't mean that because you can spend
whatever amount of money that you have to.
In fact, you will find that most collectors who
don't really have to bother about what they spend
on a cel won't buy one if they think that it's not
worth the value.

What is interesting when you are collecting
something is "the search". If it was just a
question of dumping large amount of money, it
would be boring and wouldn't interest
collectors...

Cheers,
