Great! I know for certain that just about anyone
who's collecting Escaflowne out there would love
to hear your opinions on that particular series
after seeing your fantastic gallery. (Heck, I
probably have a few questions for you myself. ^_^)

Collectors like Deb who are experts in a few
specific shows and can let newcomers know how to
find cels from those shows. Average price
suggestions will be huge margins, like "under
$100", "under $250", etc. to avoid price fixing
and the inevitable "I'm not gonna pay that much
because over here it says so-and-so".

I'm going to disable right-click on the cel
information pages on sites that RSlug generates
but I want to go further with protecting people's
images (because honestly, disabling right-click
does nothing a three-year old couldn't bypass). I
might be able to write a utility that can allow
you to upload a watermark that can automatically
be applied to all of your images, but that one's
kinda tough and I'm not sure if I can do it. I
personally don't mind if people use my cels but I
know most of you do -- so I'll try to get at
least some minor protection in later this week.

If anyone out there has a good idea for how to
protect cel images and has a working knowledge of
ASP/COM then by all means drop me a line.

Right now, I'm not aiming at experts who have
their own sites, I'm aiming at the people stuck
on Geocities (or another free site) who want to
be part of a group of their own. I wanted to make
it so that someone who doesn't know HTML can add
a few cels and tell their friends in 10 minutes
or so.

Heck, if you really wanted to, you could create
one gallery for every cel you had or create theme
galleries.

I'm glad that someone understands, I was afraid
that everyone thought I was out to get them! I'm
not!

Cheers,
Jason

ps - I'm getting some good ideas from you all via
e-mail. If you have something which you think
would be cool, let me know.
