Thanks for the (Q-) tips!!!! I'll try it out on a junk cel. I've included a tight crop of the area about 1 
inch square. It's a Dragonball cel, not sure how old. I'm guessing that all the lines and paint are 
on the back and that this stain is on the front. I know you're not a DB aficionado, but let me 
know if my thinking is correct. Thanks!!!
