In answer to your selling cels dilemna:
I would definitely get a scanner.  You can get a great scanner for under $100. You'll save the 
cost of gas going to Kinko's, the scanning fees, and the less you have to physically move the 
cels the better. Plus, a scanner can double as a copier if you have a printer and it's the best 
way to archive all those old photos.
