well first thing to do is list your priorities. 
for me, my number one is to pay for school, 2)to 
eat then 3) its to buy pretty cels, thats why i 
have no credit cards, all my money has either 
gone to school or food, my left over $$ is what I 
spent for cels and I always pay by Money orders 
so i don't get myself into debt that way. All you 
really need to do is stop looking online and 
start doing something else, like watching some 
anime with friends or work overtime/study, or 
even start other hobbies such as collecting 
trading cards which is relatively cheaper, and 
canceling one  or two of those credit cards would 
help too. Also, next time you order cels, THINK 
before you buy..do you really have the $$ for it? 
No? too bad
