This is a tough choice since a lot of good series 
are CG, but as far as cels that I really want 
here are my top 3:

1. Gravitation TV (why couldn't this have been 
cels instead of the OVAs? ^_^;;)

2. Angel Santuary (Katan...)

3. RAVE groove adventure (Seki Tomokazu and some 
hot bishie designs, nuff said o_O..oh wait and 
that weird snowman!)

Just saw the Inu Yasha movie, thank goodness you 
can pretty much tell it's made with cels (at 
least I'm almost completely positive) Hopefully 
they will be released soon in mass hordes
