I've only seen the first 3 eps of each series, 
but I'd love a cel of Chii -- other series have 
had clueless innocent kawaii robot girls, but 
somehow she just seems to have the composition of 
the perfect clueless innocent kawaii robot girl!

It may be close to blasphemy to some, but I'd 
almost consider her to surpass Nuku Nuku!


As for Tokyo Underground, I just love Chelsea's 
character design -- it's possibly one of my 
favorites of non-robotic female lead characters. 

Parfait from Vandread comes in pretty close and 
Dita has her beat for favorite personalities... 
Meia is pretty cool too, then again Gascone is up 
there.  Ok, I give up, I'll just go with Vandread 
as my choice!  If it's only going to be one 
series from CG to cel, I guess the only hope I'd 
have of there being cels I could afford would be 
from a series where I liked all the minor 
characters! (well, a few exceptions there, but 
not many)
