I agree on your point there... especially 
because some overseas dealers are a LOT easier 
to work with (and you get your stuff faster)
if you use a credit card.  I'm not just talking
cels, but anything overseas... the timeframe is a
lot easier on everyone (money orders to other
countries can be exceptionally painful)...

I've purchased things that way before because it
was faster for me and for the person I was buying
from, but then I immediately sent a check to my
credit card company.  That way I only spend the
funds that I have on hand... credit card debt
piles up WAYYYYY too fast...
