I signed up when it was just a nice payment
confirmation service--so-and-so has sent you
payment through us. That was fine. Then no one
bought anything from me through ebay that used
paypal for about a year, until someone does want
to use it, and i say fine, its all good...

So I go in there to get confirmation, and um...
ok, now they have my money in my paypal
account... which I guess is ok, I'll just have it
direct deposited into my checking account. Easy.

Only its not. They can't seem to get it right.
All the numbers are correct, they just can't do
it.

Ok, I'll take the charge and just have them send
me a money order, right? But I'm at college, so
they refuse to send it to a non-primary address.
So I change my primary address, but that's no
good, because now its an unconfirmed address that
they refuse to send anything to. Oh, and since
that is now my primary address, I can't send it
to any other address either, even my home one.

So for a while I just figured I'd buy the first
thing that appealed to me on ebay within the
amount on my paypal account to at least be able
to use it. But that seemed kindof wrong, so I
tried the bank account thing yet again. Finally
went through all right.

This is nearly 2 months after the original
payment was issued to me.

Now paypal is badgering me to verify my bank
account so I can withdraw large amounts from it
into my paypal account, but frankly, I refuse to
because I don't trust paypal with that sort of
information. I'd rather just send money orders
and have the extra delay... because a week is
still a lot shorter than two frigging months.

grr... down with paypal!!!
