When I first started I went for quantity, I just 
bought as many cels as I could almost any shot of 
my favorite characters.  Later on, my celbook got 
full, and I really didn't like to look at the 
lesser quality cels.  So I became more picky, and 
passed up many lesser cels and just buy a few 
primo cels a month.  In 2002 I have purchased 
about 6 cels, all of them of very high Quality 
(my standards :P)
