I did, and it didn't really help.

The scene in question seems to be made of only 
one cel that is moved around on the background.  
Little things, like the ear-ring and three hair-
lines beneath it don't match up exactly with the 
video...  but is it possi could be created and 
not used?  In that scene, wouldn't there only be 
an A-1 cel and nothing else if they just moved 
it around?  The real bummer is that even using 
my DVD's, the video quality is not real high.

And, of course, if I don't buy it, I am sure he 
would leave me negative feedback, since there is 
no real way to proove its a fake or not.

I am going to have to sleep on this one.
