but a very good looking one.  yes, the inking 
lacks the shakiness one would expect in a fancel, 
but perhaps it's by a japanese painter, who maybe 
is in the biz, and has access to materials we 
sorely lack.  at first glance, i figured it was 
authentic, and i guess what changed my mind was 
the highlight at the bottom of her hair on the 
right side.  highlights are outlined and then 
filled in.  it wouldn't be as shaky or as crooked 
as that, unless it wasn't outlined.  but i 
definitely can't tell from the image whether or 
not there are shading/highlighting outlines 
anyway.
