Sorry, but I take the other side of the coin on 
this issue....
if you are the first one to get to commercial 
site and order cel, then do pay for it....
then its the owners right to do what ever they 
want with it, when ever they want to.
If you do not like it, then do not make offers, 
and do not buy it from them, if you think turn 
around is to high.
You think commercial dealers buy them at same 
prices they sell them at....no.
I hate losing a cel because someone got to it 
first, but thats the name of the game.
But once I own a cel, it becomes my right to do 
what ever I want with it, when ever I want to.
Just because someone holds on to a cel for a 
while before turning around and selling it for a 
higher price doesn't make it more right, and that 
happens all the time without all the complaining.
