I think what's important to remember is that a 
person can do whatever he or she wants to do with 
a cel. However, what evilminion and Drac are 
pointing out is that buyers can do what they want 
too. They aren't pounding their fists and saying 
"you can't do this!" They are saying "this is why 
people aren't buying...."
