Frankly, I agree with both parties here. Yes, it is 
the seller's right to do what they want with the 
cel..they got it, they own it. I think the point 
Evil and Drac were making was this: people do not 
react well, emotionally, to this practice. It's 
anyone's right, but people don't react well, and I 
think they're giving a warning to explain 
this...generally, people don't like it.

Agina, just because you can do it doesn't make it 
RIGHT.
