Ok, yeah, I know that sounds bizarre.

I'm hyper, and I'm rather obsessive. My absolute 
favorite show to collect is Gundam Wing. My 
absolute favorite character in any anime being 
Heero Yuy. ^_^

Suffice it to say, there are dry spells.

I collect other shows that I enjoy, shows that I 
loved the characters for. Shows that won't break 
my pocket book the way my obsession will.

I have a huge slab of Akazukin Chacha cels. Some 
pretty nice ones among the many, too. I love the 
show. The cels are cheap. It's something for me 
to glomp and gush over with relatively little 
financial committment. Perfect.

I mean, I think the bottom line is that I won't 
pay more than I'm absolutely comfortable for 
*any* cel. The most expensive cel in my 
collection is just over $300. The only reason for 
that is that the seller sweetly allowed me to pay 
in installments for what is an absolutely 
gorgeous cel of my favorite boy. ^_~ 

I don't have a credit card, I have to budget in 
my cel expenditures. So while my behavior from 
time to time is definitely obsessive (there's 
that word again), it can never exceed a certain 
limit simply because the resources aren't there. 

I collect other, less expensive shows because 
it's fun and because it's a distraction from 
frustration when I can't get the cels I want from 
my main show, or there simply aren't any that I 
would buy currently available.

They're all shows I love, or characters I adore, 
or shots that I just *couldn't* pass up.
