More like a budgeting plan.

I know how much I need to have each month to meet 
financial requirements (ie. bills, books, 
college, transportation). I also know how much I 
will get to meet these.

Whatever's left is what I call "luxury money". 
Sometimes I don't spend all my luxury money, and 
sometimes (like this month) I do. 9.9;;

When I first started cel collecting, I thought 
$50 was WAAY too much. Sad to say, my idea 
of "too much" has gone way up. ^_^;;

I don't spend what I don't have. Plain and 
simple. My strategy's more "Which do I want more? 
A cel of "X" character or a trip to "X" 
convention?" It's simply a decision on what I 
want more and whether or not it fits my "luxury 
money" budget.

So, spending $400 on my most expensive cel, was 
not so much stressful to my wallet as it was to 
my waiting for it. ^_^;; (However, it doesn't 
mean I'm going to spend $400 on EVERY cel or that 
it wasn't expensive to me. Only that at that 
particular time, it wasn't.) ~_^
