PS: Many fansub groups can make tapes as good as commercial
companies but that's the last person who will ever want
to sell their work. It's people who didn't made anything
themselve that try to make profit selling/auctioning
fansubs. Not only it's illegal but it also hurt the
authors of the fansubs that invested a lot of time and
skills to help freely other people....

PPS: I was (and still am) hosting many anime website
totaly for free. When I started to do that, I had a
very small internet connection and was paying it based
on the monthly traffic. The only things I was asking
for people I was hosting was not to put large files
like sound and movies as my connection couldn't handle
it. The result was that 3 days after, some people were
puting 20 or so 3MB files of sounds...
After it happened many times, as people obviously
couldn't understand simple rules, I was forced to
fix a traffic/disk space quota to everybody. And
too bad for people who realy had interesting things
to put on the web... It was simply impossible for me
to take each case one by one...

(It also happened with a friend's website about opening
songs of anime that I was hosting : because some users
realy abused of it, trying to download 200 files at the
same time and screwing-up the whole computer, I had to
close it to everybody...)
