Well, for me it's relevant : When I buy a cel in
a japanses shop, I don't know if it's stuck or not
as a lot of time, they are in sealed bag.
So it's not a criteria to determine if I will buy it
or not.

When I resell a cel, it's the same : I am reselling
the "package" I bought in Japan. My prices are based
on what I paid the cels and if a drawing is stuck or
isn't doesn't change anything to the price.

So in all, customers get the same as they would have
in a Japanese cels shop. To one differance : if they
ask that I check if a cel is stuck, I will do it.
And this isn't possible in a Japanese cels shop.

Whatever a shop is selling over internet or directly
to people amount to the same.

If you say that if a cel is stuck or isn't change
it's value then I would have to put differant prices.
So just consider that I am selling them all as if
they were stuck and if they aren't, that's a bonus :)

Yes, I am the first to admit that if I don't check
when a cel is in a sealed bag it's because it would
take too much time. Time is part of the manufacturing
cost of a produce. Spending more time would increase
the price of the produce.

Cheers,

PS: Actualy I do check most of the cels.
